I am a Fully Licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and I'm also a fully licensed broker in South Carolina. I've been working for buyers and sellers for over 15 years in the Charlotte area. As a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtors© Association, the North Carolina Realtors© Association and the National Realtors© Association, I have all of the many home marketing tools available only through these associations...including Charlotte Regional MLS Service which is the number one authoritative source for Real Estate Sales Information in the Charlotte area. This service includes not only currently for sale information but also actual sold prices.

As a Broker Affiliate with Brokers real Estate, I'm a member of a unique group of highly aggressive and successful realtors located in the South West Charlotte. And, of course, we also have all of the many marketing tools of the national and world-wide realtor networks, including the ever-present and ever-growing world wide internet.

In my former life, I was also in an aggressive position, with the Forstmann Little Investment Compay of New York City, a leveraged buyout firm (later featured in the book and movie, "Barbarians At the Gate"). Yes, it was a thrilling adventure to buy and sell worldwide corporations but, so too it's a great adventure helping buyers and sellers through the difficulties of buying and selling a home.
